Exercise 9: Decision makers are humans, what do you know about them?
Building on your ICPs, collect the following information:
Create a list containing titles of the decision makers from your past and existing customers that match each of your ICPs.
Find 5-10 companies in the USA that are similar to the ICPs in your current market(s).
Find names and profiles of titles from step 1 in each company from step 2.
Dive deep in these profiles to create buyer personas.
